Most of the points raised by the reviewers are due to ambiguity in our presentation. We would be happy to include the necessary clarifications in the manuscript and have a reviewer shepherd our paper to ensure we indeed address all the comments. + +The only debatable comment was the technical concern of reviewer 2 about the implicit constraints in our optimization program. We agree that we should have made them explicit and explain that our theoretical results do not change by doing so.
